The Ash Tree is a mighty old tree that has spent its many years growing at the highest peaks of Snowdonia. Only there can you find one of these ancient trees!
Prepare for a long climb, and bring your best axe. Even one tree has several stacks of wood in it, which can be turned into many nice building materials and decor.

Growing an Ash Tree[]
As the Ash tree is a very large tree, you need to a lot of saplings to grow one yourself!
In 1.12.2/1.14.4:
You need to have a 2x2 grid of saplings to grow this mighty tree. If you notice that it's not growing, check that you have a solid 4x4 area of ground around the saplings, so no grass/flowers and all flat (these are checks for when it generates so that it doesn't create floating trees). As the image shows clearly, be sure to give it ample headway.
In 1.15.2:
You'll need 9 saplings for this mighty tree to grow, a sign of the size and scale of the tree. It is only fitting for its cost to be drastically increased!
