The Enderghast - The horrors of the Nether, mixed with the corruption of the Ender. Every fight with this beast will be an uphill battle. Literally.
Spawning[]
Enderghast are most frequently sighted as a group of one or two around the original End area, where you fight the Ender Dragon. They are much less commonly seen on the Outer Islands of the End.
Design[]
The Enderghast flies far overhead in the purple hazy skies of the End dimension. When it spots you, it will cry out as it shoots fireballs that emanate a purple glow. They do no damage to the End stone, but will certainly damage you. After the initial explosion, a circle of purple particles will erupt from the point of contact, similar to Dragon's Breath. Stay away from it as best you can, as damage can rack up fast and tear your armor apart. If you didn't have the foresight to equip a Jade Longbow, then you're going to have a miserable time fighting this Ender titan.
