The Forested Mountain may look rather innocuous on the outside, but contains hidden gems on the inside, both literally and figuratively. Its peaks scrape clouds, while still harboring humongous shady overhangs where monsters lurk during the day.

The mountains are towering beasts, that aren't tamed easily. Trees scrabble for precious space on the vast cliffs. The ascent is both treacherous and long-winded, with no material gain to be made by climbing to the top. That being said, the view from the top is unrivaled from anywhere else.
Perhaps the most interesting and precious part of this biome isn't the glory of conquering new heights, but what lies below the top. Ruby speckles the interior of the behemoth mountains, while also being present deep within the the ground.
