Don't be fooled by this zombie's weak stats! Though the vegetation that has grown on him has weakened him, it's evolved an even more deadly attack that renders its victims worse off.
Spawning[]
The Infected Monsters all spawn in places where foliage and fungus have taken over the environment, such as the Dark Oak Forest, Jungle and Fungal Forest.
Design[]
While Infected Zombies do not have the same damage numbers as normal Zombies, their hit gives the victim Nausea. While a minor nuisance outside of combat, having your vision shake and twirl could cost you your life when your back's against the wall.
