The Welsh Flag is a banner that can be found hanging above the damp tunnels of the Slate Dungeon. The Welsh Dragon stands to bear ferociously from the black background. Though containing no special properties, it speaks to lands undiscovered and untamed. Welsh Flag Banner Patterns are also available, which will imprint the same Welsh Dragon onto any banner you so please. It occasionally spawns with Slate Dungeons, but can also be made by a Wizard, in return for a Heart of Y Ddraig Goch.
