Many Welsh Foods are added in Explorercraft, and their ingredients are scattered around the cubic world you traverse. These new ingredients can be eaten on their own, but many can be used to make unique foods. Though currently a little sparse, new foods will undoubtedly be added as Explorercraft continues to be developed.
Dried Fruits[]

Dried Fruits are made by cooking either Apples or Sweet Berries in a Smoker. They are next to useless as a stand-alone food, so don't expect to gain anything by slyly cooking all of your fruits. The only recipe they are used in is in making Welsh Cakes, making batches of 8. While not particularly useful in filling your stomach, perhaps it is worth making them to share with a partner explorer.
Cheese[]

Cheese can be found in as loot in chests around the world, but show up most prominently in Wizard Towers. The art of Cheese Making has been lost to the world, so there is no current way of making them. Though it can be eaten on its own to sate a small amount of hunger, Cheese is used in making Welsh Rarebit, which is a rather hearty meal.
Lamb Shank[]

Sheep drop Raw Lamb Shank when killed, which can then be cooked in a furnace to make Lamb Shank. This item is somewhat a product of a bygone era, as it originates from the 1.12 version which had yet to include Mutton into the game. Thankfully, Sheep tend to drop some of both when killed. Lamb Shank is a nourishing delight even on its own, and will serve you well just like the other kinds of meat in the game. Alternatively, Lamb Shank is required in making Cawl.
Leek[]

Wild Leeks are found up on the high peaks of Snowdonia, and take a lot of tenacity to acquire. Once you make your descent, however, Leeks can be planted on Farmland just like regular crops. They are used in various Welsh recipes as seen above, as well as in making Leek Soup.
